One of the benefits of Bokashi Organko is that you can put all sorts of organic waste to it, such as fruit and vegetable scraps (including citrus and banana peels), meal leftovers, meat and fish (including raw), dairy products, eggs, and eggshells, all kinds of bread, coffee grounds, tea leftovers, cut grass, and withered flowers.
