Composting meat in Bokashi Organko is in no way different from other types of food waste. As long as the fermentation process is done correctly, no pathogens should appear in the mass.
You can compost meat the same as other types of waste in your Bokashi Organko. During the fermentation process with lactic acid bacteria contained in the effective microorganisms, metabolites (organic acids) are released and they help inhibit the growth of pathogens [Rattanacaikunsopon in Phumkhachorn, 2010]. Consequently, pathogens such as Salmonella and E. coli are not expected to be present if the fermentation process goes as planned.
