Bokashi bran is a mixture of:
- mixed with molasses (sugar and water),
- enriched with useful microorganisms (lactic acid bacteria, yeasts, photosynthetic organisms, actinomycetes and enzymatically active fungi).

While storing Bokashi bran, keep it in a dark and dry place, also, close the bag so the oxygen won't deform its quality.
