What to do if I fill another Bokashi bucket before the first one finishes the fermentation?

There is always an option to buy another Bokashi Organko composter and alternate between them or you to stimulate the fermentation process in a different airtight container lined with something that absorbs moisture.

The best thing would be to buy another composter. Some people have a wide range of Bokashi Organko composters that they use in alternation, so they never run out of space for their bio-waste.

In principle, you could also put bio-waste in some other airtight container, barrel, or bag, then cover the bottom with something that absorbs liquid to prevent too much moisture. It’s even better if the container has holes at the bottom to enable the bokashi liquid to drain.
