Where do I put Bokashi mass if I don't have a garden?

You can use the Bokashi mass to create your own soil, donate the mass to local farmers or store it somewhere.

If you don’t have a garden, there are several options of what you can do with Bokashi mass:

Creating your own mixture of soil

Use a flowerpot or a bucket to mix fermentation mass and some soil in the ratio of 1:2 to create fertile soil in which you can later plant anything suitable for your apartment or balcony.

Donate the waste

We advise you to contact local farmers and the municipality to find someone who would be grateful to receive a fertile fermentation mass full of effective microorganisms. Remember, one man’s trash is another man’s treasure.

Store it somewhere

If you have relatives that live in a house with a garden or your friends have a holiday house somewhere, they can use the fermentation mass. In that case, you can store the mass for a longer period of time without it being spoiled in any way.
